Brussels, February 21 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani participated in the coordination meeting of the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council states.
The meeting was chaired by the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the current session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf, attended the twenty-sixth ministerial meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the European Union.
The ministers discussed the joint Gulf cooperation process and ways to enhance it in all fields, in addition to highlighting ways to enhance Gulf cooperation and coordination on regional and global challenges and files of common interest.
The meeting highlighted the coordination of positions towards the topics on the agenda of the ministerial meeting of the Cooperation Council and the European Union.
