Manama, Jan. 10 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, today inaugurated the Diplomatic Day 2023. The opening session was attended by senior ministry officials, heads of diplomatic and consular missions, heads of departments, and directors.
Dr. Al-Zayani congratulated them on the Bahraini Diplomatic Day, which falls on January 14 of each year, praising their dedicated efforts in supporting the Kingdom’s diplomacy, implementing its foreign policy, defending its interests, and building bridges of cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries in connection with it. The directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and his distant vision.
And honoring, on behalf of the Ministry’s staff and the diplomatic corps, at the meeting of His Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister today, at Riffa Palace, on the occasion of Bahrain’s Diplomatic Day.
Dr. Al-Zayani praised the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to continue developing diplomatic institutional work. The forum will include a dialogue session with ministers and senior government officials to shed light on issues related to Bahraini foreign policy and diplomacy.
The minister stressed the importance of exchanging ideas, visions and aspirations towards achieving common goals and strengthening Bahraini diplomacy, pointing to working in the spirit of the Bahraini team to implement the rule of His Majesty the King.
