Foreign Minister offers condolences to Türkiye

Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani visited the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in the Kingdom of Bahrain today to offer condolences for the victims of the earthquake that struck the country. Turkey yesterday.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed the sincere condolences and sympathy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the king, government and people, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Kingdom, Esen Çakil, and the government and people of Turkey for the victims of the devastating earthquake. It hit the city of Kahramanmaras and many other southeastern regions of Turkey and the northern regions of Syria, killing and injuring hundreds of people, and collapsing buildings, homes and properties.


He expressed his wishes for a speedy recovery to all the injured, stressing the Kingdom’s sympathy and solidarity with Turkey and its people in this painful disaster.
