Riyadh, September 7 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met today in Riyadh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, on the sidelines of the first joint meeting. Ministerial meeting of the strategic dialogue between the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the countries of Central Asia.
During the meeting, the two ministers reviewed the close friendship and cooperation relations between Bahrain and Turkmenistan in various fields, and ways to intensify and develop bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries to serve common interests. They also discussed regional and international developments and a number of issues of common interest.
