Foreign Minister meets Libyan counterpart

Manama, November 19 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met today with Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dr. Najla Al-Mangoush on the occasion of her birthday. Participation in the 17th session of the Manama Dialogue.

The two sides discussed relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Libya, and the developments they are witnessing to enhance bilateral cooperation and joint coordination, and the two countries’ aspiration to develop these relations to broader levels to achieve common interests.

They also discussed the latest developments in the Libyan arena and efforts to achieve security and stability.

The meeting was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Talal Abdul Salam Al-Ansari and Head of the Arab Affairs Sector.
