Astana, October 13 (BNA) Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Dr. Abul Kalam Abdul Mumin on the sidelines of the Cabinet meetings. The Sixth Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), held in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The two sides discussed relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between them. Opportunities for cooperation in the economic, commercial and investment fields were also discussed.
The two sides also exchanged views on the latest developments and current regional and international issues.
