Manama, Jan. 10 (BNA): A discussion session was held under the title “Affairs of Political Developments” today, within the activities of the Diplomatic Forum 2023.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, heads of diplomatic and consular missions abroad, heads of departments and directors attended.
The Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, shed light on the most important regional and international issues of concern within the framework of the foreign policy of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Dr. Sheikh Abdullah affirmed the Ministry’s keenness to enhance cooperation with other brotherly and friendly countries on the basis of international laws, principles of good neighborliness, non-interference in internal affairs, and the values of peace, tolerance and coexistence.
He stressed the importance of strengthening multilateral action and joint cooperation to face all regional challenges and ward off the destructive policies of countries that seek to undermine regional security and stability.
