Food and Beverage Supervisor

What will you do:
Reporting to Venue Manager, primary job responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to the following:
– Providing consistently professional, friendly and engaging service
Supervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure that service standards are followed
– Maximize revenue by increasing sales and following budget guidelines
– Handle guest concerns and respond quickly and professionally
Operational budget and colleagues needs
– Have complete knowledge of all menus and promotions
Ensure that colleagues have complete knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods served at the F&B outlet
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Other duties assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in leadership in the food and beverage field is preferred
Previous experience in a POS system is required
Computer knowledge of Microsoft Window applications required
University/College degree in a related field preferred
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
– Ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
