You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As an F&B hostess, you will make our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive at our outlet!

What will you do:
– Provide a professional and friendly greeting consistently, and provide engaging service
Assisting guests with food and beverage menu items in a useful and informative manner
– Follow outlet service policies, procedures and standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Your experience and skills include:
A minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Visa requirements:
Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Dubai. Swissôtel Al Ghurair and Swissotel Living Al Ghurair will cover the costs of visa and flights for the selected candidates from the place of origin.
