Manama, March 5 (BNA): The Spring of Culture Festival, in its seventeenth edition, will witness two musical evenings this week.
The Cultural Hall will host a Qawwali night concert featuring famous Indian Sufi musicians led by Nawaz Sabri on March 7 at 8 pm. The event is hosted in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.
On March 9, the Cultural Hall will be the venue for the Italian Journey concert, in cooperation with the Italian Embassy, at 8 pm.
In the context of promoting traditional Bahraini folk music, Dar Al Muharraq will host a folklore performance by Qalali Folk Band on March 11 at 8:00 pm.
The musical evening will include traditional music related to the history of pearls in the Kingdom.
The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) organizes various activities in arts, music, culture and architecture in different regions across the Kingdom.
