First Deputy Speaker praises strong Bahraini-Egyptian relations

Manama, Jan. 30 (BNA): First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Abdul Nabi Salman Ahmed, praised the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Egypt. He stressed the strong brotherly relations between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives referred to the unified vision of the two countries regarding the issues of the region. He affirmed the joint keenness to develop Arab action, preserve the security, stability, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Arab countries, and ensure a Middle East free of weapons of mass destruction.

Representative Abdulnabi Salman Ahmed was speaking during his reception in his office today, Egyptian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yasser Muhammad Shaaban. They discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and coordination, especially in the parliamentary field.

The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament described the bilateral relations as a role model, praising the Egyptian stances in support of the security and independence of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the security and stability of the Arab Gulf.

The Egyptian Ambassador thanked Representative Abdelnabi Salman Ahmed for the meeting, praising the strong relations between the two brotherly countries.
