Job description and summary

We assist with a variety of financial and valuation-related issues, as well as develop and test financial models, model risk scenarios, validate expertise across various financial domains, and provide comprehensive analyzes that address client financing issues.

Responsibilities:
Providing consulting and implementing digital solutions to business problems
Understands and supports the development of innovative solutions using the latest technologies
Build and enhance the capabilities of the digital team by always keeping up with digital trends and understanding the impact on our customers so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the marketplace
Acts as a digital product owner translating business needs into analytical projects and procedures
Solves complex problems and takes a fresh perspective on existing solutions
Makes recommendations to senior staff and internal clients
– imparts knowledge about industry business drivers and digital capabilities to more junior team members
Work with colleagues across all Middle East offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams when required.
– Keep up with current trends from the region and from around the world. Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with participating team members; Keeping abreast of current commercial and economic developments relevant to the client’s business; and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the services provided

requirements:
Willing to travel up to 90% of the time (Saudi Arabia based connections)
– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience: 3 + years of experience in the digital field
Previous experience in the Middle East
The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and the world where the project dictates.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven hands-on experience engaging clients in technology, digitalization and innovation
Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to assimilate information quickly, and excellence in conceptual and creative problem solving
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), particularly the ability to articulate concepts and recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, data visualization, etc.).
– Proven strong conceptual thinking and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated high ability in planning and implementation.

Favorite skills:
Knowledge and passion for technology trends such as robotics, big data, advanced machine learning, Internet of Things, AR/VR, and automation
Knowledge of financial services industry drivers and digital capabilities.

Activities:
Must disclose and/or be familiar with at least 4 of the following activities, in the context of the financial services sector:

Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
Experience working with APIs in different technology environments.
Experience in managing payments projects.
Technical knowledge of web-based technology including HTML, JavaScript, JSON and XML.
Proven ability to present ideas and run large workshops with clients.
Experience with SCRUM, Agile methodology, SDLC, Salesforce and Payments are all advantages.
Knowledge in designing BRDs and SIT/UAT test cases.
Project Management Certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, PMP) an added advantage.
