Manama, Feb. 2 (BNA): The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa, and Khalifa today received the British Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, David Lammy, who is currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
He stressed the long-standing historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Britain, pointing to the importance of expanding cooperation in all fields.
The two sides reviewed aspects of joint cooperation, especially in the financial and economic fields, in addition to matters of common interest.
