Manama, November 3 (BNA) Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa praised the cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities in supporting development efforts and achieving the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He also praised the continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
This came during a speech by the Minister of Finance and National Economy during a meeting today with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs, Ahmed Sabah Salloum.
He stressed the need to continue the partnership between the executive and legislative authorities to serve the country and the citizen.
The two sides also discussed means of cooperation between the House of Representatives and the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, and a number of issues of common interest.
Representative Ahmed Salloum expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Finance and National Economy for his steadfast keenness to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities in order to achieve the desired goals.
