Job description and summary
Responsibility and accountability for his field of work (Finance, IFRS, CMA and CFA training programmes), ensuring that financial targets are met by contributing attendance at client meetings, proposal input, new product innovation, input into marketing collateral, website text and quality control and innovation to provide conversational openings for the business creation team.

Work closely with the resource team to build a pool of trusted SMEs that can deliver in his areas of expertise and training to ensure consistency of quality delivered to clients as per the PwC Academy training methodology and game-based learning strategy.
Providing appropriate training courses related to areas of expertise (open and corporate) to reduce the use of external trainers.
Develop/revise course content according to agreed course objectives
Direct supervision of seminars, workshops, individual training courses and lectures.
Prepare paper-based training materials such as unit summaries, handouts, worksheets, videos and presentations.
Training and mentoring new trainers within the limits of his experience.
– Attend client meetings and catch up when necessary
Conducting assessments to identify areas for improvement within the submitted finance and IFRS programs

– Arabic and English languages ​​are preferred
Experience in providing vocational training in his field of specialization for a period of not less than 3-5 years
Practical experience in finance/IFRS implementation
Must have relevant professional qualifications/certifications/credentials based on his/her field (eg CMA/CFA/CPA)
Experience in the Saudi market and the public sector will be an added advantage
High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy especially using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
– Excellent spoken and written English language skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends)
– A gentle, dynamic and proactive individual with the ability to be possessive
Ability to develop and manage good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
