Manama, October 26 (BNA) Minister of Finance and National Economy Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa praised the joint Gulf work in the financial and economic fields with the support of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. He stressed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to support joint efforts to consolidate complementary work and push forward further development and prosperity.
This came during the minister’s meeting with the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Dr. Nayef bin Falah Al-Hajraf, on the sidelines of his participation in the Future Investment Initiative, which is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He praised the Gulf steps, stressing the importance of building on the achievements to consolidate the foundations of joint coordination at various levels in a way that contributes to supporting development paths and reaching the desired economic integration.
