• Monitoring the accounting function by monitoring accounts receivable, payable, treasury and payroll, preparing general ledger and financial statements and ensuring that financial accounting is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparing and completing the management’s monthly cash flow account.
• Support the daily account / financial operations.
• Completion of financial statements until shareholder approval
• Fundraising and cash flow management.
• Financial analysis and reports. Supporting senior management in decision making
• Establishing appropriate internal controls and systems to mitigate the company’s financial and operational risks.
• Legal and internal audit and liaison with various stakeholders.
• Review monthly payroll of all employees by contacting HR which includes over time, deductions, and allowances, to ensure timely deposit of payroll in the bank.
• Preparing the annual evaluation (cost impact calculation) for expatriates and national employees.
• Reply to clarification of provisions relating to payroll.
• Review on a daily/weekly basis of accounts receivable and unbilled balances.
• Review and validate all invoices prepared by accountants. Manage the billing accounting process to ensure that customers are billed, bills are accounted for, and payments are recovered on time.
• Responsible for receiving invoices from vendors and updating them in the system, as well as contacting suppliers in case of any problems.
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function.
• Responsible for coordinating internally within the department and ensuring that sufficient funds are available in bank accounts before initiating/processing any transfers.
• Periodic follow-up to the settlement of claims.
• Reviewing claim documents and approving claims.
• Review cash flow on a weekly basis and manage funds/accruals to reduce interest cost.
• Preparing the annual consolidated financial statements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/or similar.
Professional qualifications in CPA/ACCA/CA or similar is desirable.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management and resource management.
• Strong skills in analysis, modeling, commercial and reporting.
• Comprehensive planning and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
