What will you do:
You will take care of resource planning, managing your team, and supporting your team’s development.
Assist in leading, directing and training the Restaurant Service Operations team
– supervision and delegation of tasks; Ensure that brand standards are maintained
– Review the home accounts regularly. Forecasting, VIP list and daily communication between all outlets
Connection to the kitchen to ensure the highest level of food quality and visual appeal
Focus on guest feedback and always ready to improve guest satisfaction
Your experience and skills include:
– It must be accurate. 2 years experience in a similar role.
Certificate in Hospitality/Food and Beverage Management
Must be well versed in catering operations
Service focused personality is essential and passion for everything from food and drinks
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
