Guildhall is a Middle East based company seeking to recruit a General Manager for F&B in Qatar. We are looking for an innovative person with proven leadership skills and strong strategic planning capabilities.
As a General Manager Food and Beverage, you will:
Oversee and manage the entire food and beverage process
– Development, implementation and implementation of creative food and beverage services
– Establishing standards, policies and procedures
Ensure that all operations adhere to these policies, standards and procedures
– Collect feedback from management, guests and customers
Oversee budget, profit and loss forecasts and forecasts
– Make sure the food is safe, clean and fresh
– Create reports for the Chairman of the Board of Directors
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position; Very strong background in hospitality, catering or industrial kitchens
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– GCC experience will be perfect
Experience in managing team meetings
Very strong, independent leadership and operations management skills
– Thrives in a multicultural environment
