what are you going to do

In Chalhoub we express the exception! As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and group sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience; Ensure support in implementing CRM, CX and other key initiatives for customers and individuals in the store.

You will collect data on customer behavior, best sellers and slow drivers which will be key inputs for business reviews
Leading customer relationships within a multi-channel approach
– Provide pre-purchase notes on products
Leading the eNPS through people-experience initiatives and culture
Ensure adherence to virtual machine guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
– Ensure that click and combine are performed within SLAs (SLA)
Ensure that customer data is captured correctly in compliance with marketing team requirements
– Promote your loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up to date with app offers, etc.
– Support for in-store marketing events and activations
Keep up to date with all the brand’s social media activities and campaigns
– Paying in-store sales
Support in-store customer experience initiatives
Provide input for what works/what doesn’t work well within the store
