A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying fresh produce to key markets in the UAE.
Job title:
Planning the readiness of all agricultural input programs on time, such as: plants, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and others.
Carry out regular visits to the various departments to check crops and also perform data analysis of all data derived on daily basis from all crew and all departments such as: Irrigation, Operation, Fertilization, Integrated Pest Management, Finance, Commercial and Packing departments in order to ensure that the entire team is in line with the same pre-planned direction
Recommend immediate improvements whenever needed in any department at all levels
Coordinate with HR and participate in recruitment and training of his close team if needed
– Preparing and following up on cost budgets and operational reports
qualifications:
Male 45 years and under
Agricultural experience of at least 10 years
Candidate must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
Priority will be given to immediate entrants
