Export Week: a resounding success for Export Bahrain

Manama, Nov. 29 (BNA): Export Bahrain concluded the “Export Week”, the first event of its kind in the Kingdom to raise awareness among the export community regarding export prospects and available support.

The week-long event was hosted by the National Authority as part of the activities of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), which coincided with the fourth anniversary of Export Bahrain.

Export Week highlighted the wide range of support and services that Export Bahrain can offer to companies looking to take advantage of the opportunities offered by regional and global market access. In addition, the event contributed to guiding Bahrain-based companies in the right direction to expand their operations internationally through multiple sessions in which Export Bahrain clients shared their export journeys, the challenges they faced and how they were able to overcome them.

The sessions, which were attended by more than 400 participants, brought together many local and international business owners, investors, partners and others from various sectors, and shed light on franchising opportunities, supply chain developments in the GCC countries, and the global retail experience.

Many successful partnerships have been established between Export Bahrain and many local and international entities to ensure the provision of the best quality of services and solutions, with more ways to facilitate Bahrain-based companies’ access to global markets.

The Export Week included group discussions to highlight the various possibilities of the Kingdom’s distinguished position that exporters can benefit from to expand their global reach.
