Working closely to support up to 6 management consultants and reporting to the senior EA team in Dubia along with a senior manager in Doha, you will ensure your consultants are fully organized by managing complex diaries, global travel itineraries and all related documents. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment and it is imperative that you are flexible in your approach to this role, fully committed and able to manage highly classified movements and rapid change of advisors. You will be an accomplished professional, able to anticipate the needs of consultants and be able to solve problems, and make decisions to increase their time and efficiencies. You will also act as a gatekeeper for field calls, emails and, where possible, resolve any queries at the initial stage to effectively manage the consultants workload.

The successful candidate for this Executive Assistant in Doha will possess strong IT skills, including excel and PowerPoint and be educated to degree level.
