Responsibilities:

– Increase Oracle’s share in the ERPM market in Kuwait
Able to develop, lead and implement account strategies and opportunity closing plans
Understand industry/operations/strategy/customer value drivers, establish relationships with C-Suite clients, and earn commitment to closing deals
Mobilize and lead all Oracle and partner resources needed to ensure a successful sales cycle
Establishing and maintaining the overall relationship between Oracle and the client and ensuring overall client satisfaction and success
Acting as a subject matter expert to non-Oracle ERPM business communities/institutions/organizations
Become an active member and contribute to the global Oracle ERPM industry community
Work as a freelancer/entrepreneur, within a large, multicultural and complex matrix-based environment
Reports directly to the Application Sales Manager in the Gulf Region

qualifications:

– College degree
– Proficiency in English
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to take a leadership role in sales, manage local and/or virtual teams, and implement successful sales strategies.
Dynamic personality with successful sales track record and 7+ years of selling experience selling value solution
Solid understanding of ERP management concepts and related solutions
