What will you do:
– All technical installations in hotel factory, sewage system, fresh water/desalination plant, emergency generator, HVAC system, irrigation systems, auto workshop, technical building, laundry and kitchen equipment, cooling systems, swimming pools, hotel lighting, music and TV system Household, plumbing, carpentry, paint, paging system, telephone system, transportation (cars, buses).
Adequate handling, management and storage of spare parts.
– Training and development of the engineering team in operating standards in the department
Maintaining a firm focus on improving the overall flow of engineering processes, and looking for ways to maximize and improve the process through productivity management and energy saving programs
Promote a win-win and solution-oriented work environment, motivate and engage employees to continuously provide the best possible service and provide feedback and suggestions
To lead daily engineering briefings and monthly employee meetings
Have a full understanding of fire, hygiene, health and safety policy.
Files and monitors all maintenance contracts and consulting/advising the Engineering Manager when needed.
Your experience and skills include:
Excellent planning and leadership capabilities.
Must be able to multi-task / work under pressure.
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
