Manama, August 4 (BNA) A batch of eleven inspectors took the oath before the CEO of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority Nouf Abdul Rahman Jamsheer.
The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments issued Resolution No. (99) of 2022 authorizing some employees of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority to work as judicial judges.
Jamsheer urged the judicial officers to perform their duties with utmost professionalism and accuracy and to abide by the provisions of the law in dealing with expatriates in the local market.
She commended the role of judicial officials in the Labor Market Regulatory Authority in supporting Bahrain’s efforts to maintain labor market stability, protect the interests of all parties, and preserve the rights of employers and workers.
She stressed the importance of judicial officers developing their legal culture to be able to deal professionally with employers and workers, which would support the economic growth of establishments.
