Electricity Minister receives EWA former CEO

Manama, June 29 (BNA) The Minister of Electricity and Water, Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, received the former CEO of the Electricity and Water Authority, Sheikh Nawaf bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa.

The Minister praised the CEO’s role in developing the electricity and water sector at all levels, and his winning of many international and local awards in the field of service excellence.

He praised what he had achieved in the qualitative leap in the level of quality and drawing a clear road map for building future plans and projects with a solid strategic vision.

Humaidan stressed that the Electricity and Water Authority is a role model in government work by providing high-quality services through an integrated network of electricity, water, and emergency and safety centers in all governorates of the Kingdom. In addition to comprehensive electronic services and technical treatment of all malfunctions and interruptions.

Sheikh Nawaf expressed his thanks for the support of the Minister and all employees of the Electricity and Water Authority for their cooperation, praising their efforts to raise Bahrain’s status at all levels under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the government headed by His Royal Highness.
