Manama, September 21 (BNA) Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan visited the Electricity and Water Authority’s Control Center for Electricity and Water Transmission and Distribution Networks.
The Minister inspected the workflow at the center and how to respond to peak times and emergencies while maintaining the quality of services.
Humaidan said that the monitoring and operation processes in the control center ensure a high level of readiness and reliability, and reflect the high efficiency of the Electricity and Water Authority’s management of the center.
He stressed the importance of continuing to improve the basic performance indicators of the electricity and water distribution network to ensure high quality services, periodic evaluation and development of operating and control mechanisms, to achieve goals in the field of infrastructure and energy sustainability in Bahrain. .
