They discussed cooperation with UNESCO in providing technical and academic assistance for the establishment of Isa Al-Kabeer University – Al-Hedaya Al-Khalifia, due to its modern and advanced programs, in continuation of previous meetings held during the fortieth session of the UNESCO General Conference.
The minister said that UNESCO’s expected role in establishing the institution, the specific objectives, the mechanism, and the best options for offering bachelor’s and master’s specializations in nanotechnology, renewable energy and artificial intelligence.
He noted the training and academic needs and construction specifications of the smart campus.
The organization expressed its readiness to cooperate with Bahrain in this important educational and training project.
