We are looking for an educational expert (teacher) responsible for training clients on L’Oréal Professional products and techniques.
Duties and responsibilities
Work with the business partner in the sector to provide training sessions to customers on products and services, thus helping to increase salon turnover, by improving the use of technical products and services and better selling retail products:
• Visits and trains clients to develop their technical skills and product knowledge, working closely with business partners
• Follows up on potential clients individually
• Leads training courses in salons and academies in line with the education strategy
• Conducts consultation days in coordination with clients and business partners
• It is relaying and contacting customers regarding access
• Visits and trains new potential client partners in coordination with business partners
• Providing training courses for hairdressing schools in their area
• It is the guardian of brand awareness within their region
• Improves in-salon and adapts to brand standards
• Communicate brand values and product information in seminars and training courses (classroom, digital, webinars…) to clients and colleagues
• Reports on education actions, via Access and Daxium
• Training of business partners on the brand (products and services)
• Trained by Education in Trademarks (in some cases, in Education in Trademarks and in Commerce with a dotted line)
Knowledge and experience
• Master the brand identity and know the value proposition
• Master all technical hair topics, including color services
• Deep knowledge of the brand’s products and services and knows how to present and pass them on to customers
• Knowing customer profiles and imparting customer focus skills, to develop the best tailored business development and education plan for the customer
• Experience as a hairdresser for 5 years or more
