Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights returns for new season of exciting experiences at BIC

Manama, October 16 (BNA) The Bahrain International Circuit will resume the Ibrahim Kanoo Drag and Drift Race on Monday (Editor’s note: October 18).

This activity is one of the most popular activities offered to fans in the ‘Home of Motorsports in the Middle East’, with the new season of events kicking off in full swing.

Sherif El Mahdi, Commercial Director of BIC commented, “It gives me great pleasure to launch another new season of EK Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights.

“It is one of our most popular regular events at BIC and we are very grateful to EK Kanoo for their continued support.”

Participants get the chance to take their own car or motorcycle and push them to their limits either under the BIC’s world-class drag strip or around the car dynamics area of ​​the track, or both!

The BIC is a member of the prestigious NHRA global network, and its quarter-mile bar is considered one of the best in sports, ensuring the absolute excitement of driving for all participants.

The Vehicle Dynamics Area of ​​the Bahrain Information Center is a specially configured space in the Bahrain Information Center car park surrounded by safety barriers. It is the largest open runway area in Bahrain and the ideal location for drifting.

Towing and drifting can be enjoyed for a single fee of BHD 10,500.

Participation in drag races only or drift only costs 7,500 BD. On-site registration is possible from 5 pm, and the event will take place from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Those who wish to experience drag or drift as a passenger can ride in the participant’s car for an additional BD4. Viewers can buy tickets worth 2 BD per piece.
