About the client:
A well-known multi-channel retail group in the Middle East
Job title:
• Develop creative e-learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and industry standard tools and software
• Writing creative content and developing presentations
• Conduct a training needs analysis, evaluate learning outcomes and impact, and generally use the ADDIE process
• Gather feedback and input from target learners in stores and offices, as and when required
• Support and coordinate the launch of training events as required, including venue rental, translation, training materials and invitations, gifts, presentation requirements, etc.
qualifications:
• 40 years and under
• At least 3 years in learning and development, with a background in providing training and developing soft skills training, including management courses
• Experience in producing a training video
• Experience in MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Retail experience is a must
