Electronic Billing Technology Specialist – Egypt (3 months contract)

what are you going to do
Support and follow up on vendor inquiries on billing related topics using ticketing system, email communications, and multifunctional calls in Egypt or regionally.
Train and support accounting, commercial team on invoice upload, GS1 tokens process.
Technical support and troubleshooting with vendors on middleware and ETA portals.
Interact with management and other departments regarding billing related issues.
Develop and maintain training documents.
Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives.
Participate in customized projects as needed
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science preferred.
1-2 years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferred in Oracle EBS, Xstore.
Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office programs.
– Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
English proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with XML and JSON invoices.
Experience in communicating with ETA, GS1 and other local entities in Egypt.
