Job title
The e-commerce admin is responsible for all e-commerce activities. Oversees development strategies for channel, web architecture and infrastructure requirements, and collaboration between IT, sales and operations teams to fulfill e-commerce business strategies. You will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible.
Job Role
• Promote the company’s products/services that address or anticipate customers’ goals
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Define the complete marketing strategy, implement and optimize campaigns to achieve a strong ROI across online retailers and Amazon channels
• Provide a resource for clients seeking information, assistance or recommendations. A thorough understanding of all major services and facilities is critical in being able to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.

salary:

4,000 to 6,000 dirhams per month, including fixed allowances.

Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in customer service/sales or e-commerce.
• Must have experience in the Amazon and noon with strong knowledge
• Experience in managing inventory and accounts with Noon and Amazon
• Must have IT and networking experience and be familiar with this industry and products

Knowledge, skills and experience:
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial engine

– Excellent basic organizational and project management skills
Experienced with e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of digital marketing channels
– Excellent attention to detail
Flexible and responsive to change
Self-motivated, confident and assertive
– Possess a forward thinking work ethic in order to move the business forward
– Strong attention to detail
Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and support business goals to increase profitability
Good understanding of sales and sourcing methodologies
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
