What will you do?

– Consistently provide professional, friendly and attractive service
Follow front office service policies, procedures and standards
To provide safe and timely pick-up and drop-off service to all guests (internal and external) as per the arrangement of the team supervisor
Liaise with the front desk and members of the concierge team regarding guest requests
– Prepare trip reports accordingly
– To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and informative manner
– Keeps all hotel cars clean and tidy inside and smells fresh.
– Helps carry guests’ luggage when needed.
Keeps an accurate record of all vehicle maintenance work.
– Taking hotel cars for timely service and repair.
– Exercises vigilance and care when parking or driving the hotel and guest vehicles.
– Adheres to the laws and regulations of the passcode as required by the State of Qatar.
– Records and reports to the manager immediately in the event of any damage or accident.
Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

– A valid Qatari driving license
Previous hotel experience is a plus
Service-focused character is essential; Customer related experience is an asset
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
