Currie & Brown is looking for a Document Controller for a mixed-use project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will support project leaders in creating a high level of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and strengthening our reputation as a preferred service provider.
Responsibilities include:
Create a master repository for copies and a database for all documents
Record and save communications, update drawing and document status history, and generate reports
Track and coordinate employee leave schedules
Examine specific project documents, including drawings and specifications to verify information provided by consultants
Ensure timely and accurate update of all information sources
requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or related subject
Document control experience using EDMS systems such as ACONEX
Post-contract experience or location-based Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong IT skills
Saudi nationality
