• Assisting the project manager and administrative work.
• Organizing and maintaining technical documents and correspondence with internal and external clients for all documents sent.
• Distribution and issuance of drawings from the project engineer to the concerned department in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Contribute to the compilation of final project files, such as creating portfolios and archiving.
• Monitor and update EDCL (Engineering Document Control List) to ensure that all drawings/documents are in state of the art
• Produce exception reports on overdue documents for management review.
• General responsible for distributing documents to clients.
• Coordinate graphics/document flow between site and head office.
• Preparation of mechanical catalogs for submission to the client.
• Preparing and distributing drawings to consultants for submission.
• Compile and update lists, drawings and documents.
• Consolidate the submission status and send a reminder to interested parties of any drawings and documents pending.

• Ensure smooth progress of documentation and drawings and completion of assigned project.
• Understand management policies and project company image by providing excellent service to our external and internal clients.
• Get things done in a timely manner.
• Available in Qatar with a valid NOC.
