Food and Beverage Manager
As a Food and Beverage Manager, the strategic support and leadership you provide to your teams will ensure exceptional service standards, exponential operational results and unforgettable guest experiences.
What will you do:
Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure all service standards are followed
– Producing and implementing creative promotional programs within F&B outlets with the aim of increasing revenue
Work closely with the culinary team to carry out the delivery of all food and beverage offerings and menus; Create a favorite destination for both the hotel and outside guests
– Hold weekly F&B management meetings
Ensure that the Food and Beverage Department achieves its financial and operational objectives
Adhere to the annual budget and manage it in a financially responsible manner
Monitor food and beverage, business and operating expenses throughout the F&B department
Your experience and skills include:
– Previous leadership of the Food and Beverage Department is required for luxury hotels
Opening experience preferred
Computer knowledge required for Microsoft Windows applications
University/College degree in a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
