For a pre-opening hotel in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a highly analytic Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning and accounting operations of the pre-opening Rixos Hotel in Doha, Qatar.
What will you do:
Overseeing the company’s financial strategic planning by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
Conduct regular financial analyzes.
– Setting budgets that meet the requirements of the company’s departments.
Set goals and manage all accounting and finance staff including management accountants and internal auditors.
– Overseeing all internal audits and controls.
Preparing detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
Recognize the company’s spending and revenue patterns and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
Coordination with external financial bodies on behalf of the company.
Your experience and skills include:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in financial management in 5-star hotels.
In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate managers and financial analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Analytical mind with good organizational skills.
Outstanding leadership skills.
