Charterhouse is working with an organization in Bahrain with interests in hotels, food and beverages, retail and real estate who are looking to appoint a national Bahraini Executive Vice President to support their CEO in driving business across multiple sectors.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee assigned departments and support services such as revenue, sales, human resources, information technology, and finance. With a portfolio of operator-operated and self-managed hotels, F&B concepts, retail brands and limited-property properties, the Executive Vice President will oversee the executive management team across the board.
You will work closely with the CEO to ensure that the profit contribution to the group is maximized, across short-term and long-term goals.
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or similar. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior executive experience, with experience in hospitality management, retail or asset management and support services.
Preference is given to a commercially driven background such as Senior Sales. Due to the scope of the role, only Bahraini nationals will be considered for this position.
