what are you going to do
Tasks
– Collect and deliver daily mail from the mailbox and transfer it to the office mailroom when allotted
Delivery of all internal/intercompany mail covering all retail outlets, offices and warehouses
Providing assistance in sifting and distributing mail
– Custom missions
– Deliver all sensitive/confidential inter-office/inter-company mail to the specified recipient and deliver a secure location in the dispatch book
– Report any/all incidents/occasions(s) of lost/missing mail
– Provide the necessary assistance in tracking and tracing of mail (Muslim and non-Muslim)
Transportation of visitors and new employees to and from the airport / hotel / offices
– Strict adherence to the established path and schedule
– Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks when necessary
– Report any/all maintenance issues
– Keep custom cars clean from the inside out
– Ensure that the assigned company car is used exclusively for the company’s business only
– Report any/all accidents at the first possible moment
Strict adherence to all traffic and road safety regulations
Receive (or direct) all operating instructions across the executive management (chain of command)
– Perform other duties as required.
