As part of the team, you will research financial risks, provide forecast analysis, and develop financial models that assist our team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice and ultimately help our clients enhance the value of their deals.

You will enjoy the potential for rapid personal development in a dynamic team by playing an important role in the practice of local and regional assessments. From the start, you will be exposed to a variety of challenging valuation work across industry sectors including valuations of company stock and/or financial instruments and valuations of intangible assets. Interaction with senior colleagues and senior clients will also provide plenty of opportunities for candidates to build business development and marketing skills.

you will:

Assisting managers/senior managers/managers in carrying out evaluation engagements
Engage with clients on a daily basis to carry out fieldwork for assessment
Provide support to junior team members in guiding and reviewing their work deliverables
Present evaluation results internally, and when required externally to clients
– Build a peer-to-peer network internally inside and outside PwC

More specifically, your role will include:

Perform financial modeling tasks as part of the evaluation process
Prepare detailed peer group analysis across a wide range of industry sectors
Prepare substantive written sections of evaluation reports that support the evaluation conclusion
Work with colleagues across all service lines to provide assessments in conjunction with other services offered by PwC

requirements:

We are looking for a Senior Associate level individual with a proven track record and who meets the following criteria:

Professional and academic background:

3-4 years of previous experience in commercial work in the field of evaluation and dealing with the client perfectly in four major companies
– ACA, CFA or ACCA certificate and/or Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
Hands-on experience in financial modeling with proficiency in MS Excel
– Experience with PowerBi, Tableau would be a plus

Strong analytical skills but with the ability to think laterally
Ability to provide high quality written work
Extreme attention to detail plus the ability to see the big picture
– Ability to work effectively within a team
– Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence when interacting with others
Ability to quickly understand key business drivers and identified assessment issues
