Financial Decisions and Analysis (FDnA) is the Center of Excellence for Modeling and Analytics within PwC Deals, and one of PwC’s top growth teams. We focus on applying leading-edge modeling and analysis techniques to help clients make good decisions and solve problems. We work on some of the most popular deals in the market, across a wide range of clients and sectors.

The Financial Decision & Analysis (FD&A) team provides additional insight into decision making. Our team provides organizations with data-driven financial insights to deliver fast, practical, and visible results for our clients. As part of our team, you will support the CFO of our clients, deal modeling and decision support. We use our employees’ combination of industry expertise with a business mindset and deep technical skills to produce fast, practical and visible results for our clients. Services include:

With data-driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a data analysis mindset to advise clients on decision support projects. A senior advisor needs a keen eye on data and technology but also needs a business mindset to be able to translate client issues and goals into decision support models. The position is based in our offices in Dubai.

As a Senior Assistant, you will work as part of a problem solver team, helping to solve complex business problems from strategy to implementation. Professional skills and responsibilities at PwC for this management level include but are not limited to:

Role:

Participate in business discussions with clients to understand their goals and needs, and to be able to translate them into a decision-making model
Lead the design and production of complex models under the direction of a manager
Lead the design and production of dashboards and analytical tools for decision support under the supervision of experienced professionals
Assist our deal specialists with complex data analytics in the context of mergers, acquisitions and/or restructurings
Supervising the work of consultants on large projects
– Projects can be executed in the office in Dubai or at the client site (across the region)
Depending on the individual performance, the candidate can rapidly develop towards a managerial position

2-3 years of professional experience with financial modeling experience
Level 2 and/or Advanced Financial Designer (AFM) or other financial modeling credentials preferred
Analytical mindset and advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx

– Excellent communication skills and business mindset
