• Responsible for supervising and monitoring the Refrigerant O&M Contractor at the plant site.
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring the O&M contractor’s work and maintaining reporting records
• Responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of water-cooled centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated equipment
• Monitors on-site operation and maintenance work, ensures user satisfaction, quality control, compliance with contracts and adherence to safety regulations and rules;
• Ensure attendance and closing of service request/complaints by assigned team as per management KPIs
• A leadership role in identifying spare parts and tools needed to support plant enhancement and maintenance.
• Set and follow up the periodic preventive maintenance schedule and the quarterly and annual reports for internal services.
• Identification of energy saving areas and effective implementation of an energy saving program.
• Identify potential area for operating cost savings and implement an alternative strategy.
• Ensure and implement health and safety for the assigned technician related to maintenance activities.
• Review the monthly and weekly report.
• Preparing a report on the life cycle of the device and its performance.
• Follow up on any other work or duties requested by the factory manager
• Coordination and communication with clients, clients and relevant authorities
• To be present in emergency situations.
• You must have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of a refrigeration plant
• Project management experience.
• Solid electromechanical, operation and maintenance background with proven management of DCP plant equipment repair and preventive maintenance programs
