Customs President receives Chief Executive of Information and eGovernment Authority

Manama, June 12 (BNA) His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Customs, today received the CEO of the Information and e-Government Authority and the Evaluation and Government Committee, Mohammed Al-Qaed, at the Seaports Customs Directorate. He was received after customs clearance won the gold category in the third cycle of the evaluation program.

The President of Customs praised the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the follow-up of the Minister of Interior, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to enhance services.

He said that as part of the continuous efforts to provide the best services to the public, the services of the twentieth center achieved 100% of the required evaluation criteria.

The CEO of the Information and eGovernment Authority praised the center and the efforts made to continue developing services for customers through creativity, competitiveness and innovation.
