Manama, Dec. 24 (BNA): Customs Affairs recorded 830 smuggling of drugs, pills and materials through customs ports in 2022, an increase of 48% over last year. A total of 560 cases of human trafficking were recorded in 2021.
Customs Affairs stated that the seizures included about 478 kilograms of various narcotic substances and about 241,000 narcotic pills.
