Quest is partnering with a leading manufacturer of commercial and home gym equipment that is looking for customer service, logistical support and a tendering specialist to be based in Dubai. You will work alongside a highly qualified and professional team.

As a customer service, logistical support and tenders specialist, you will:
CS & L . support
* Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner ensuring expected governance and compliance with internal order management policies and compliance with sales status, from quotation confirmation to billing
* We guarantee the customer an outstanding customer experience that manages the Customer Contact Points
* Plan and manage “frictionless” delivery through the logistics portal: manage the delivery date, assign tasks and close the activity;
* Optimize free stock and manage purchase order to HQ, when needed, while ensuring correct movement of stock.
* Ensure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactive contact with sales in order to prevent or anticipate ‘late slip’
* Continuously update the CRM system with all relevant information collected during customer service activities
* Ensure proper management of TG Care activities, give adequate feedback to customer inquiries, and management
* Manage post-delivery survey in order to assess customer satisfaction, and work proactively to resolve any issue with the customer
Tender Specialist
* The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for project management (schedule generation and chase), editing and coordinating bid response documents when requested by clients, and will also be responsible for maintaining an online bid library, updating and rewriting materials as time permits, and for reporting on rates And win/loss ratings. There may also be a custom “reading guide” type when it appears.
Desirable skills and background:
* Total 2-8 years in industry
*Arabic speaker
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Word, strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience in SAP is a must
* Good eye for details
* Willingness to be flexible in work patterns
