• Coordination with Logistics, Warehousing and Production for all activities related to major component modernization, BOMS and routing
• Provide business insight into product cost flow, product loss and SKU variances
• Leading the monthly periodic inventory and semi-annual physical inventory
• Coordinate with the chief accountant the efforts to verify fixed assets
• Ensure proper cost tracking of overheads, raw materials and labor
• Ensure that the cost component is accurately allocated to each product and category
• Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual reports to the management
• Ensure proper reductions to stock
• Regular visits to production floor and check receipts, freight and scrap
• Coordination with product movements between sister/affiliate companies, shipping and transit stock recording
• Receive and review daily report of production and ensure that this is consistent with billing
• Returns are entered correctly in SAP
• Strong knowledge that excels
