Main Job Responsibilities
• The Department monitors several areas of management/activity (commercial, industrial, branding, purchasing, supply chain, etc.) with a degree of independence and expertise.
• Drafting the plan, budget and directions for its field of activity
• Produces or supervises the monthly reports of his/her field of activity
Improve the costs and effectiveness of actions taken in accordance with the standards and good practices established by internal control by maintaining firm links with his/her contacts (eg customer benefits, value analysis, cost analysis, POS advertising, CSV, etc. that)
• Monitor costs and perform all required analyzes to identify risks and opportunities and suggest appropriate actions
• Participates in the development of teams
Professional and technical competencies
The main management standards (control and accounting) and internal control
• Uses financial documents and ensures their compliance with internal (management standards) and external standards

• Applying costing methods to model and evaluate performance in its field of activity (sales, marketing, operating expenses …)

• Ensuring that the financial reports comply with the Group’s standards
Business performance planning and analysis
• Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks, and solutions to bridge the gap
• Define goals, objectives, and goals
• Recommend changes in a strategic direction
• Calculates and interprets financial results
Act as a proactive business partner
• Uses knowledge of operating assets, market and financing experiences to understand, improve, challenge and make strategic recommendation that contribute to the overall efficiency of the business
Maximizing systems and data management
• Elevates knowledge and intuition about systems/data management to provide insight into critical issues
