The Project Manager role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to manage cloud applications for the full lifecycle while using Oracle’s TCM for Cloud (or OUM on-premises) methodology. In this role, you will be the manager of multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects. You will work with leaders in Oracle consulting, development, and support with a focus on Oracle Cloud products. Under the project, you will manage an international team of project managers, architects and consultants. You will work with x-LoB members to grow the Oracle Consulting business
More than 15 years of relevant experience in this position, including 10 years of experience in project or direct line management. Demonstrate the ability to follow strong project management principles and direct successful projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers. Product, technology, or industry experience relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel to the Middle East as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall performance of managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual delivery, which includes applying techniques to plan, track, monitor change and manage risk in a range of projects
Work with x-LoB colleagues in pre-sales activities to gain more business
Systematically manage complex business and logistical challenges
Provide and support governance structure as project sponsor as escalation point
Provide guidance to the project manager and the client’s regular project status at steering committees and/or client sponsor meetings
– Exercising creativity, independent judgment, and discernment in selecting methods and techniques
Interact with all roles in the client – including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and business representatives
– Providing internal and external reports

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Previous solid experience managing full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or complex On-Prem projects
– Strong analytical and time management skills
Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team
Ability to work without direction
– Instantly analyzes business process requirements
– Ability to balance investigation/troubleshooting on your own
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great C-level viewing experience.
Preferably speak Arabic. Fluency in English. Knowing the Arabic language will be useful
Clear communication and a strong sense of timing in pursuit of key business goals
The ability to transfer knowledge effectively
The ability to help others develop their skills for business
Creates long-term relationships with customers and suppliers quickly and nurtures them later
Experience in managing international and cross-cultural projects
– Certification of the PM methodology is a must
– Scrum Master certification is an advantage
Excellent experience in standardizing and coordinating business management systems
Prior consultation and/or project management experience required
Self-starter, confident, and driven with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage
Flexible to travel to the Middle East as per project requirements
